After years of students asking for a Wing Chun mouthguard, we have designed and sourced our own.
Our mouthguards come with a stylish breathable box so that your mouthguard can dry after washing and then placed inside.
The mouthguard has the calligraphy 怕打終æ¸æ‰“ ‘Pa Da Jung Gwai Da’ which loosely translates as ‘If you are afraid to be hit, you will be’.
You will have to self mould the mouthguard to fit using warm water. Don’t go too hot and burn yourself!
Dental work is particularly expensive and can be quite painful. Â Over the years you will get struck in the mouth and even with gloves a tooth can be broken or even completely dislodges. Â We would highly recommend you get used to wearing your Wing Chun Mouthguard during every class.
Some students have complained that they salivate or can’t breathe whilst wearing a mouthguard. Â There are two points to remember. Â Take the time to mould it correctly and also wear it often and you will soon adapt and become more comfortable in using one.
