How To Use Our Wing Chun Protein Shaker
To use our protein shaker bottle, always add liquid (water/milk) first, followed by protein powder, to prevent sticking. Insert the mixing ball or mesh screen, secure the lid tightly, and shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds. For best results, use a 45-degree angle while shaking to create a smooth, lump-free mixture.
- Add Liquid First: Pour your water, milk, or other liquid in first to prevent powder from getting stuck in the bottom corners.
- Add Powder/Supplements: Add your protein powder or other supplements on top of the liquid.
- Use the Mixer: Ensure the blender mesh screen is inside before closing.
- Secure the Lid: Snap the cap shut tightly to prevent leaks.
- Shake: Shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds to dissolve the powder.
- Consume Immediately: For best taste and to prevent bacterial growth, consume soon after mixing.
- Immediate Rinse: Rinse the bottle immediately after use to prevent strong odors and mold.
- Deep Clean: Wash with warm water, soap, and a bottle brush to clean the cap and threads.
- Prevent Odors: Use white vinegar and water if the bottle develops a bad smell.
- Add Ingredients Wisely: For thicker smoothies, add liquids, then powders, and then heavier ingredients like fruit.
