San Da Training
In 2011 the London Wing Chun Academy, part of the prestigious UK Wing Chun Assoc. visited Hong Kong and China.
Whilst in Gaungzhou the team were invited to attend the world famous Sport Institute, one of the premiere training facilities in China.
As this was just a few months before the London Olympics it was fascinating to see the many sports preparing.
We gained fantastic footage of the Gymnasts, Divers, Wrestlers, Wu Shu and San Da teams in training.
In this clip we offer you a small insight into the San Da skills training and preparation.

ONLINE CLASSES
Remember that the UKWCKFA hold monthly MasterClasses at the National HQ in Rayleigh Essex.
We also began offering high quality live multi camera online classes in May 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. These classes have proved popular with our students and guests subscribers from Australia, Canada, Phillipines and Spain amongst others.
