This increasingly popular therapy is covered to a level where an extensive full body massage can be given with sensitivity. There are no need for oils, powders or even to remove clothing as shiatsu focuses on the energy pathways called ‘Merdians’ used in Acupuncture. Due to the intensity and personal help needed numbers are strictly limited. Please note that you must bring a partner and two blankets. £35

This seminar has been expanded with the inclusion of an acupuncturist and herbalist to give a greater insight into TCM. This will make the day far more rewarding for all. We need to know confirmed interest as soon as possible.

Weekend Training Seminar

Due to popular demand Master James Sinclair is to teach a seminar covering how to spar with Wing Chun. Whilst we all accept that Wing Chun is a simple self defence system, it is possible, with the right 'coaching', to use Wing Chun in sparring with each other in a very effective and beautiful manner.

The skills of chi sau are present, but this weekend is about applying the skills with Wing Chun and non Wing Chun practitioners in a mobile and more sport based environment. A truly fabulous course and one that will open your eyes to the true potential of your training.

Please ensure you are physically in good condition and prepared to sweat.

As you may know the HQ has limited space so there really has to be a restriction on numbers.

Cham Kiu Series Seminar

Sparring & Shadow Sparring

It’s a shame that so many students, who may be technically very proficient, draw a complete blank when it comes to shadow sparing and expressing their art freely. With the help of video equipment for instant feedback we can improve your free movement and help you realize how visualization and shadow sparring can directly relate to your hands on performance.

The second part of this seminar is dedicated to getting you into a position where you can apply your Chi Sau skills. Sparring doesn’t start in Chi Sau range and knowing how to get into a position where you can use your skills is essential.
