SPARRING Training Seminar DATE
TO BE CONFIRMED Back
by popular demand Master James Sinclair is to teach a seminar covering
how to spar with Wing Chun. Whilst we all accept that Wing Chun
is a simple self defence system, it is possible, with the right
'coaching', to use Wing Chun in sparring with each other in a very
effective and beautiful manner. The
skills of chi sau are present, but this weekend is about applying
the skills with Wing Chun and non Wing Chun practitioners in a mobile
and more sport based environment. A truly fabulous course and one
that will open your eyes to the true potential of your training. Please
ensure you are physically in good condition and prepared to sweat. As
you may know the HQ has limited space so there really has to be
a restriction on numbers. Call
07860 276923 for more information. CLICK
