Weekend SPARRING Training Seminar DATE TO BE CONFIRMED Back by popular demand Master James Sinclair is to teach a seminar covering how to spar with Wing Chun. Whilst we all accept that Wing Chun is a simple self defence system, it is possible, with the right 'coaching', to use Wing Chun in sparring with each other in a very effective and beautiful manner. The skills of chi sau are present, but this weekend is about applying the skills with Wing Chun and non Wing Chun practitioners in a mobile and more sport based environment. A truly fabulous course and one that will open your eyes to the true potential of your training. Please ensure you are physically in good condition and prepared to sweat.
